Cayenne 42 International – Södergren design, extensively upgraded A Cayenne 42 International is now offered for sale – a classic Swedish sailing yacht designed by Håkan Södergren. Known for her excellent sailing performance combined with stability and comfort, she is well suited for both coastal cruising and longer passages.
